The card remains the property of the garden centre and can only be used when making purchases from the authorised garden centre named on the front of the card.
2. Subject to the terms hereof, reward cards will only be issued to UK residents who have fully completed and returned this application form.
3. To qualify for reward points the card must be presented at the time of purchase.
4. Reward points cannot be redeemed against gift vouchers or bottled gas and they carry no cash value. Change cannot be given against reward points.
5. Reward points may be redeemed at time of next purchase but not redeemed for goods sold in concessions or franchises, at coffee shop and restaurant.
6. A garden centre, authorised to issue the cards, reserves the right to decline issue, withdraw the card or alter it's conditions at anytime, or terminate the card facility without notice. 7. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to notify the garden centre of any change of address or personal details. 8. You may apply for a new card if the card is lost, stolen or damaged. Any accrued benefit will be transferred to your new card. 9. If the cardholder does not use their card in a twelve month period the holder will be deemed to have withdrawn from the scheme and unredeemed benefits will be withdrawn. 10. A cardholder's card and any unredeemed accrued benefits are not transferable. 11. A cardholder's card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless agreed to by the garden centre. 12. The conditions of use stated on the reverse of the card form part of these "Conditions of Use". 13. The card is not a credit payment or cheque guarantee card. 14. Nothing in these "Conditions of Use" shall affect your statutory rights. 15. All details provided on the card remain confidential and are not passed to any outside companies. 16. By submitting your email address and not checking the box below it, will allow Greenhouse Garden Centre to contact you to inform you of specials and promotions. |
